Education: Masters of Library Science from The University of South Carolina, Masters in Early Childhood from Converse College, BS Business Marketing from the University of South Carolina

I grew up in Greenville, SC and taught kindergarten before moving to St. Matthews in 1999.  I taught First and Second Grade for three years here and then moved to the media center while working on my Masters in Library Science. It's been a fun and rewarding journey!! I've always had a love of children's books and reading!! The media center is a busy and important learning hub for the whole school as we strive to bring the best resources and materials to all students and staff!!

I love to Read, spend time with family and friends, walk, go to the beach, hike, try new restaurants, travel, and enjoy time with my grown kids when I can!
